Two-day Skilled Delivery Nurse Workshop organized at Dasmesh College of Nursing
2 day conference held in Dasmesh College of Nursing, Faridkot on SBA & safe delivery app on 23/05/2025. This workshop organizes under the guidance of Director Dr. Gursevak Singh, Joint Director S. Swaranjit singh Gill, Principal Prof. Mrs. Bhupinder Kaur and Vice-Principal Prof. Narendra Kumar sumeriya. Guest speakers were Dr. Nishi Garg (MD OBs & Gynaecologist) & Dr. Taranpreet Kaur ( Principal BBCON). Other speakers were Principal professor Bhupinder Kaur, Professor Rajwinder kaur Gill, AProf. Gurkiran kaur, Asst. Prof. Ramandeep Kaur , Lecturer Sukhdeep kaur of Dasmesh college of Nursing, Faridkot. Organizers of workshop was OBG department DCON. Total 80 participants of MSc nursing, B.sc (N) 7th sem Post basic (N) 1st year and GNM 3rd year were involved in the conference. Hand on Hand practice and skill assessment was held at the end of the conference. It was completed successfully.
NRP Workshop Conducted at Dasmesh College of Nursing, Faridkot
One day workshop held in Dasmesh College of Nursing, Faridkot on Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Module on 13/05/2025. This workshop organizes under the guidance of Director Dr. Gursevak Singh, Joint Director S. Swaranjit singh Gill, Principal Prof. Mrs. Bhupinder Kaur and Vice-Principal Prof. Narendra Kumar sumeriya. Course instructor was Professor Rajwinder kaur Gill, Assoc. Prof. Gurkiran kaur, Asst. Prof. Ramandeep Kaur , Lecturer Sukhdeep kaur of Dasmesh college of Nursing, Faridkot. Organizers of workshop was Asst Prof.Mrs. Rajwinder kaur Brar. Total 42 participants of B.sc (N) 5th sem and Post basic (N) 1st year were involved in workshop. Details of NRP shared by instructors. Hand on Hand practice of NRP was done by participants on manikins under the Guidance of instructors and test and skill assessment was held at the end of module. Workshop was completed successfully.
