To commemorate the supreme sacrifice of Dasmesh Pita Shri Guru Gobind Singh’s four Sahibzaade a two days treatment camp was organised by Dept of Pedodontia and Preventive Dentistry on 27th and 28th of December 2022 at DIRDS.
DIRDS alumni Association organized Guest Lecture of Dirds distinguished alumnus Dr. Ramneek Rai Assistant clinical professor and director of health and Safety at UCSF titled “Fundamentals of Safe Dental clinics” on 24/12/2022. All the students and faculty members attended the lecture. Dr Anita Mehta welcomed the speaker. Dr SPS Sodhi gave vote of thanks. Dr. Harbhajneek Kaur organized this event.
Another milestone for DIRDS
Dasmesh institute of research and dental sciences.Faridkot was amongst 6 institutes selected out of 500 institutes countrywide by Bank of Baroda to provide scholarships to meritorious students” Baroda Achievers Award” . Bank of Baroda in a noble initiative honoured our meritorious students with scholarship of Rs 31000 each. Jasmeen Sondhi BDS final year student bagged best graduate ( Academic Category ) Abhay Pratap Singh Brar BDS final year student bagged Best All round student( All round category ) and Vidushi Gilhotra bagged Best sportsperson award ( Sports Category ) . The Baroda achievement award ceremony was held on 23/12/2022 at DIRDS.
