General Medicine

The Department of General Medicine focuses on teaching both the theory and practical aspects of medicine. It has a dedicated team of qualified doctors, paramedical staff, and support staff who ensure quality care for patients and a strong learning environment for students.

The department also plays an important role in training BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) students. They are given hands-on experience in key medical practices such as measuring blood pressure, checking pulse, taking patient history, and understanding the basics of patient care. This training not only enhances their knowledge of general medicine but also supports them in becoming more skilled and confident dental professionals.
